We are from the UK and stayed at your hotel on Sunday 27th/Monday 28th May and also on the 10th June. (We did a large circular tour starting and ending at your hotel - we did this last year too!)

Like last year we were made most welcome again and the rooms were just as good as we remembered them.

Please pass on our thanks to the staff who were really helpful when we arrived early and arranged for our bags to be put into store so that we could go into New York City. This was a great help and meant that we could lave the minivan in the Park and Ride just opposite your hotel without any worries.

Also you must(!) pass on our thanks to both Joe and Diane in the café/breakfast area. Like last year they are just wonderful and kind and their cheery attitude is one of the main reasons we decided to come back to the hotel when we knew we were starting/ending in the NY area.

Keep up the good work and the next time we are taking a vacation in the area we will certainly use your hotel again.

"When I checked in, I went to my room. I was unhappy with the accommodations. I was quite concerned. Robert at the front desk went to the room with me. I was immediately moved to another room and I was given a discount. My first thought was that I had made a mistake. However, the new room was lovely and comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous. I would stay here again. I also loved the shuttle. What fantastic service! While I was at a show, I was talking to the couple beside me. They wre staying at the Hudson - Columbus Circle. They were complaining about the size of the room. I told them where I was staying and how spacious and comfortable my room was. I think my first room was an isolated incident. Thanks - I had the best time in NYC and look forward to returning. "
